This sofa comes packed in one large box and requires a 260cmH elevator to be delivered to your high-rise apartment. Please make sure that service lifts or appropriate assistance are booked at the time of delivery. Our teams can carry it by hand not more than two flights of stairs.

Care & Maintenance

Vacuum with a soft nozzle hand-held cleaner and fluff sofa cushions regularly to help maintain shape. To refresh the sofa, hit the seat and back of your piece from one end to the other. Smooth the fabric from the center point to the edges and tuck any excess fabric into the creases. Professional cleaning advised for heavy soiling. Upholstery - dry cleaning only.

Purchased this sofa few days ago and couldn’t be happier with it. The sofa is super comfortable and the high quality shows in every little detail! I love the style, material and color and I can tell it will last for many years to come. So far we didn’t need to fluff or straighten the cushions after siting on it which is great. The style is timeless which is why I opted for the island sofa. Special thanks to the staff who went above and beyond to deliver the sofa which almost didn’t fit in the building lift, but eventually worked out. Very happy with it and worth the investment.

FAQ

Is my shipping free of charge?

If your order totals 500aed or more, and you are located in Dubai, Abu-Dhabi or Sharjah city limits only, you qualify for free delivery.

For all other areas as well as areas outside of city limits,(e.g. Al Ain, Western region, Liwa, etc.) we charge a nomimal delivery fee.

All orders less than 500aed carry a nominal charge as well.

International deliveries have custom shipping charges depending on the product dimesnions, weight, packaging and delivery location.

When shall I expect my order?

Our general timeline is 2 business days for Dubai and up to 6 business days for other emirates in the U.A.E.

International deliveries have their own shipping timelines, please refer to your tracking number.

Please expect delays during sales or holidays.

How to prepare for delivery?

Please double check weight and measurements prior to ordering.

Please make sure all walkways and the area in which you wish to place the item are clear and ready for the delivery. Service lifts and move-in permits, if required, must be arranged in advance by the client.

We ask that you inspect all items prior to the delivery teams departure.

International deliveries are curbside only, and assembly service is not included. Please make sure that appropriate assistance is booked at the time of delivery.

Can I choose a later date for delivery?

Yes, of course. In case you have a preffered delivery date and time, please choose it on the checkout calendar. We will do our best to deliver at your own convienience.
