The Folk bench is a study in how to create a design that pleases the eye without resorting to superfluous decoration. The simple intersection of basic geometric shapes results in interesting and alluring forms while at the same time adhering to the less-is-more principle and allowing the materials to shine.  The clean and uncluttered look allows the Folk bench to combine easily with various dining tables or to stand alone as a bedroom or hallway piece.

Important

Full aniline leather is made from skins or hides that are of a highest quality. At the same time, sanding is not used for processing this leather therefore the leather retains its natural look. Protective treatments or coatings are not applied to aniline leather. For that reason, it still retains its natural feel, softness and breathability. Variations in the hide colour may occur and markings may be visible, this is considered a natural characteristic of this leather and is not a fault. With the passage of time, aniline leather will look better and a patina will develop with usage.

Care & Maintenance

Wipe with a clean soft dry cloth. Wipe the timber legs with a soft, damp cloth. Professional cleaning advised for heavy soiling. New, unwashed denim jeans may transfer dye onto lighter colored leathers, leaving permanent stains.

Is my shipping free of charge?

If your order totals 500aed or more, and you are located in Dubai, Abu-Dhabi or Sharjah city limits only, you qualify for free delivery.

For all other areas as well as areas outside of city limits,(e.g. Al Ain, Western region, Liwa, etc.) we charge a nomimal delivery fee.

All orders less than 500aed carry a nominal charge as well.

International deliveries have custom shipping charges depending on the product dimesnions, weight, packaging and delivery location.

When shall I expect my order?

Our general timeline is 2 business days for Dubai and up to 6 business days for other emirates in the U.A.E.

International deliveries have their own shipping timelines, please refer to your tracking number.

Please expect delays during sales or holidays.

How to prepare for delivery?

Please double check weight and measurements prior to ordering.

Please make sure all walkways and the area in which you wish to place the item are clear and ready for the delivery. Service lifts and move-in permits, if required, must be arranged in advance by the client.

We ask that you inspect all items prior to the delivery teams departure.

International deliveries are curbside only, and assembly service is not included. Please make sure that appropriate assistance is booked at the time of delivery.

Can I choose a later date for delivery?

Yes, of course. In case you have a preffered delivery date and time, please choose it on the checkout calendar. We will do our best to deliver at your own convienience.
