* 19 Aug 2020 Update *

Notice for our Abu-Dhabi customers: Orders are still accepted and deliveries happen approximately once every week. For a timely delivery, please place your orders in advance and we will notify you as soon as we can regarding the delivery date and time. 

All UAE customers: As a result of government mandated restrictions around the world, some of our key suppliers have been forced to temporarily suspend operations, including outbound shipping.

The Loom Collection is still accepting and processing new orders, and we will notify you right away if you should expect any delay in receiving your items as a result of these shutdowns. 

Custom made rug orders have a back-log of approximately 3-4 weeks more than the normal shipping time. 

We have also temporarily removed warehouse pick up as an order fulfillment option, but will still be offering outbound shipping. 

We are working diligently to stay updated on the situation and keep our clients up to speed on all order delays. Even knowing there may be delays, we encourage you to place orders during this time. Our suppliers are still accepting new orders, so placing your order now ensures that your item(s) will be shipped out to you as soon as it is safe to do so.
