Shipping UAE

 
Furniture items are stocked in our warehouse and ship within 2-3 business days. Decor, lighting and home accessories may ship directly from the manufacturer to you. Each item and manufacturers have specific shipping lead times. Once you place an order we'll contact you within 48hrs to give you an approximate lead time. Once your item is shipped we will contact you for the exact delivery date. Orders with multiple items may have different arrival dates. Most items on the store ship within 5-10 business days. Items with longer lead times like the custom made rugs or the beds, have the approximate lead times listed in the product description.  

Items are shipped via courier to your door. Some of our larger items are considered oversize and may be shipped with a freight carrier. Please note furniture deliveries are curbside only. Meaning the delivery men do not enter the home or assemble the furniture. We offer free shipping within the United Arab Emirates for orders above a value of 300 AED. For all orders under 300 AED we charge a delivery fee of 25 AED. 

FedEx is our partner for deliveries within the UAE. Once your order is placed and confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with a FedEx tracking number (AWB number), with this number you can track the status of your order.

Shipping International
For international shipping please drop us a message, so we can calculate the shipping costs.

All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties. These fees are charged by your respective government and are entirely separate from any shipping fees.
**Please note, packages can be delayed by customs, which unfortunately is out of our control. This is a rare occasion, but it can happen. **

Depot visit & pick up
We do our best to make sure that our website has the best product and impression photos, to show the right colours and bringing its size into perspective. All dimensions and specifications are mentioned under product information.

However, if you are still doubting, then you are more than welcome to visit our Depot in Dubai (by appointment only) to see the products prior to purchase.

Returns
We do not accept any returns or exchanges. In case of doubts of purchasing the products, you are welcome to schedule an appointment to visit our depot located in Downtown Dubai or visit one of our many pop-up events.

Refunds - damages
We offer refunds on all merchandise damaged during delivery or on arrival, although we will do everything in our power to ensure your item is packaged properly to arrive safely. If you do receive a package with a damaged item please take a photo of both the damaged item and the damaged packaging it came in.

Send us your complaint and photos within 24 hours after delivery and we will action it immediately.

General conditions
Due to the handmade nature and use of natural materials for our products, each item is unique and no two are the same. We value craftmanship and natural materials and therefore don’t see this as imperfections, but believe this is proof of its uniqueness and adds to the beauty and charm of our products.

Payments
We offer the following payment options are:

- Credit card through the Paytabs portal (www.paytabs.com) for Visa & MasterCard.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) on collection at our showroom.

All sales prices mentioned on our website are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT. 

Order processing and Business hours
Our business hours are
Sunday to Wednesday from 9:00 - 17:00 pm.
Thursday 9:00 - 15:00.
Friday Closed 


All orders are delivered within 3 business days. Business days do not include weekends and national UAE holidays. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will not be processed until the following business day.

Orders placed after 4 PM UAE time will not be processed until the following business day.
