Furniture items are stocked in our warehouse and ship within 48 hours unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Decor, lighting and home accessories may ship directly from the manufacturer to you. Each item and manufacturers have specific shipping lead times. Orders with multiple items may have different arrival dates.
Most items on the store ship within 5-10 business days. Items with longer lead times (like the custom made rugs or the beds) have the approximate lead times listed in the product description.
Items are shipped via courier to your door. Please note furniture deliveries are curbside only. Meaning the delivery men do not enter the home or assemble the furniture.
If your order totals 500aed or more, and you are located in the Emirates of Dubai, Abu-Dhabi or Sharjah you qualify for free delivery.
For all other Emirates or orders below 500aed we charge a nominal delivery fee.
We have multiple contractors for deliveries within the UAE. Once your order is placed and confirmed, you will receive a call or email to confirm the delivery day and time.
We want you to love your Loom Collection pieces. That’s why your first Loom Collection exchange is free of any additional shipping charges. If you decide to exchange that item again (i.e. more than once) you will be responsible for any forward and return shipping fees.
Exception: Custom made items cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please look at the product description to find out if your items are custom made or not.
Please make sure to keep your original packaging. You will need it if you want to exchange or return your item(s). If you do not have your original packaging a 250aed repackaging fee per product will apply.
For international shipping please drop us a message, so we can calculate the shipping costs.
All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties. These fees are charged by your respective government and are entirely separate from any shipping fees.
**Please note, packages can be delayed by customs, which unfortunately is out of our control. This is a rare occasion, but it can happen. **
Refunds - damages
We offer refunds on all merchandise damaged during delivery or on arrival, although we will do everything in our power to ensure your item is packaged properly to arrive safely. If you do receive a package with a damaged item please take a photo of both the damaged item and the damaged packaging it came in.
Send us your complaint and photos within 24 hours after delivery and we will action it immediately.
Due to the handmade nature and use of natural materials for our products, each item is unique and no two are the same. We value craftsmanship and natural materials and therefore don’t see this as imperfections, but believe this is proof of its uniqueness and adds to the beauty and charm of our products.
We offer the following payment options are:
- Credit card through the PostPay portal (www.postpay.com) for Visa, MasterCard, Amex and other major International cards.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) on collection from our warehouse only.
All sales prices mentioned on our website are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT.

We do our best to make sure that our website has the best product and impression photos, to show the right colours and bringing its size into perspective. All dimensions and specifications are mentioned under product information.

All orders are delivered during business days. Business days do not include weekends and national UAE holidays. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will not be processed until the following business day.
Orders placed after 4 PM UAE time will not be processed until the following business day.
