Bringing a deep, moody option, Gippsland Alloy is a dark charcoal with grey and silver highlights that give a subtle, multi-colored appearance.

Our hand-woven Gippsland floor rug consists of 80% Wool and 20% Viscose, giving it a beautiful, soft underfoot feel. This rug is suitable for general living spaces, entries and hallways, as well as dining rooms and bedrooms

Delivered in 7-10 days within the UAE. International shipment lead times may vary. You may also choose a later preferred delivery date during checkout.

Care & Maintenance

Do not spot clean or use liquid cleaners (including water) on viscose rugs. Blot spills immediately with a paper towel or colourless cloth. Do not scrub rugs as it may cause permanent pile damage. Use professional rug cleaners only for dry cleaning service. Vacuum regularly with low suction power in one direction. Avoid direct sunlight. Regularly rotate your rug to ensure even wear. Shedding of fibers from new rugs is to be expected and will reduce with time.

Is my shipping free of charge?

Yes, you qualify for free delivery if your order totals 500aed or more and you are located in Dubai, Abu-Dhabi or Sharjah city limits.

For all other areas as well as areas outside of city limits,(e.g. Al Ain, Western region, Liwa, etc.) we charge a nomimal delivery fee.

All orders less than 500aed carry a nominal charge as well.

*International deliveries have custom shipping charges depending on the product dimensions, weight, packaging and delivery location.

When shall I expect my order?

Our general timeline is 2 business days for Dubai and up to 6 business days for other emirates in the U.A.E.
If your item is Pre-Order, please see the estimated date in the product information.

International deliveries have their own shipping timelines, please refer to your tracking number.

Please expect delays during sales or holidays.

How to prepare for delivery?

Please double check weight and measurements prior to ordering.

Please make sure all walkways and the area in which you wish to place the item are clear and ready for the delivery. Service lifts and move-in permits, if required, must be arranged in advance by the client.

We ask that you inspect all items prior to the delivery teams departure.

International deliveries are curbside only; assembly service is not included. Please make sure that appropriate assistance is booked at the time of delivery.

Can I choose a preffered date for delivery?

Yes, of course. In case you have a preffered delivery date and time, please choose it on the checkout calendar. We will do our best to deliver at your own convenience.
