Travertine is a product of nature that is prone to variations in color, pattern, density and is the result of geological formation. These are not flaws and rather they signify the authenticity of the product. Travertine is a porous stone and by nature has voids that occur naturally in the stone and is to be expected. This is part of the characteristics of travertine and adds to the unique look of the material. The actual stone delivered may differ from the sample shown.

Care & Maintenance

Travertine has natural pitting that can collect debris; wipe with a clean, damp cloth and dust regularly or use a handheld vacuum. Avoid the use of harsh chemicals. Use placemats or coasters under hot items to prevent marks and stains. Protect the surface from liquids like wine, coffee, fruit juice, etc. As a natural and porous material, travertine can be nicked, stained or scratched; avoid placing sharp or heavy objects on surface. The use of a resealer is recommended.

Is my shipping free of charge?

Yes, you qualify for free delivery if your order totals 500aed or more and you are located in Dubai, Abu-Dhabi or Sharjah city limits.

For all other areas as well as areas outside of city limits,(e.g. Al Ain, Western region, Liwa, etc.) we charge a nomimal delivery fee.

All orders less than 500aed carry a nominal charge as well.

*International deliveries have custom shipping charges depending on the product dimensions, weight, packaging and delivery location.

When shall I expect my order?

Our general timeline is 2 business days for Dubai and up to 6 business days for other emirates in the U.A.E.
